Duties and Responsibilities :

·        Examine patients who have hearing, balance, or related ear problems.

·        Assess the results of the examination and diagnose problems.

·        Determine and administer treatment.

·        Administer relief procedures for various forms of vertigo.

·        Fit and dispense hearing aids.

Education:

·        Master's Degree

·        Doctorate’s Degree

·        License for audiologists 

Reflection: I would not like to become an Audiologist because the job doesn’t seem fun. I would think that the tools are not properly clean and I would be very uncomfortable to touch someone else’s ear that may or not be filled with ear wax! The job itself sounds a little funny since there’s really nothing you could see in a ear. Unless you can see your brain from directly to your house then I’d become an audiologist.
