Reflection: Becoming a Healthcare Administrator requires a lot of responsibilities and a good visual eye in order to maintain a well-organized work environment. A lot of paper work seems to be required but it wouldn’t be much of a problem for me. It’d be an honor to work as an Administrator being able to have the privilege of meeting many professionals and interns (Rookies) to show them and inform them about the goal expectations required for the environment. Although it may seem fun it also seems to be a very stressful role for the individual , since they are seemed to be the go- to person whenever someone has a problem.
