Physical Fitness

"Physical fitness is not only one of the most important keys to a healthy body, it is the basic of dynamic and creative intellectual activity. The relationship between the soundness of the body and the activities of the mind is subtle and complex. Much is not yet understood. But we do know what the Greeks knew : that intelligence and skill can only function at the peak of their capacity when the body is healthy and strong."
- President John F. Kennedy

John F. Kennedy

John F. Kennedy states the understanding and the progress of becoming a physically healthy and mentally individual. We often choose not to perform any physical activity simply because were lazy. However, Kennedy states that physical fitness is the MAIN source of growing up strong. Based on what I know already being active can be extremely useful in the future. You learn good companionship, critical thinking and critical skills as well. Becoming fit helps our thinking capacity expand now to know exactly what to do, how to do it, and how to win it. We project ourselves to others much more attentive and responsive as well. Easy example such as playing basketball. Playing basketball is a good exercise for critical thinking in knowing where to go, where to run to, receive from as well as the angles of knowing how to shoot. Same example goes with Wrestling. Wrestling is a critical sport known for only focusing on memory and critical thinking skills. You must know what moves to do, where to go, how to win etc. It's also the best way to stay active and physically healthy. It can expand the living spanning life much higher and many adolescents can become much more healthier and less obese as well.
