We are in charge of our action, thoughts and reactions within ourselves. Everyday we learn a little bit more about ourselves and we learn that we can control our everyday actions and responses to it. Our actions make up the way we will react to the action. For instance, when you exercise. When exercising you release bonds that allow stress to be relieved leaving a much more calm mind and a tired body. You spend more time focusing on sweating and breathing you will eventually start to feel much more soother and energetic right after. This is a great way to not only help keep your body in shape but also keep your mentality sane and healthy. Good energy should be required and kept at all times in order to keep ourselves healthy as well. Much of our attitudes and reactions are all based on our environment and the way we were raised. We must maintain a good and healthy lifestyle to live a long and productive life.
