Educating the body, mind, and character

"Of all the work that is done or that can be done for our country, the greatest is that educating the BODY, the MIND, and above all the CHARACTER, giving spiritual and moral training to those who in a few years are themselves to decide the destinies of the nation." - Theodore Roosevelt

Theodore Roosevelt

It has been said to believe that the way for healthy body you must also have a healthy mindset. Our characteristics can be grown and exercised based on the type of information that is given to us. Being able to give good positive feedback, influencing somebody, loving somebody, and even preserve ring into pushing your own limits are all forms of exercising your mindset. With a grown capacity of educated knowledge our future generations can grow up to be successful and professional presenters. The problem with our recent generations is that we spend so much time in our virtual worlds we become very ignorant about the one that actually matters. They avoid learning new information simply because were not interested in it. We lack of knowledge, common sense and comprehension. Which is why we must learn to morally train ourselves to become better individuals in society.
